Early Evening Light, Duomo di Firenze (Unframed)

I painted this on location half way up the hill towards Piazzale Michelangelo. I loved the soft evening light drifting over the city, and how the Duomo contrasted with the light blues of the hills and sky in the background.

Unframed size - 22 cm (H) x 29cm (W) x 3cm (D)

Additional information: Painted on Linen canvas board, using high quality michael harding oil paints, and finished with gamvar gloss varnish. Signed on the front, and titled, dated and a list of materials on the back.
